and certainty with respect to a transaction
3. Recommendations on alternative means of structuring transactions so that any specific
requirements of the Buyer may be accommodated whilst being mutually satisfactory to the
Supplier.
The core risk factors in any transaction are product delivery and certainty of payment. Therefore the financial instrument is pivotal from both
the Buyer’s and Supplier’s viewpoint as a means of security for payment and where the financial instrument is the mode of payment.
